These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of collinscraftycorner.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Collins Crafty Corner. Collins Crafty Corner is operated by Coba Digital LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Your Account
You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these Terms or to commit fraud.
3. Products
Many of our products are made and shipped by independent suppliers we work with.
- We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and finishes can look different on different screens, and handmade or natural materials can vary from piece to piece.
- Product availability can change at any time. An item shown as available may sell out before your order is processed.
- Measurements, weights, and quantities are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Safe use. Craft supplies can include sharp tools, small parts, adhesives, paints, and other materials that need care. Read and follow the manufacturer's labels, warnings, and instructions. Keep supplies away from young children and pets unless a product is labeled as suitable for them, and supervise children using any craft supplies.
4. Prices and Errors
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and discounts can change without notice, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted.
Despite our care, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price, description, or availability. If that happens, we may cancel the affected order or item, even after you've received an order confirmation, and we'll refund any amount charged for it.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the item ships. Your order confirmation email confirms that we've received your order. It is not acceptance.
We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, an item is unavailable, or there's a pricing error. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full for the canceled items.

6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number. By submitting payment, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method.
7. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout and charged where required by law.
8. Shipping and Risk of Loss
We ship within the United States only. Shipping details are in our Shipping Policy. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the products to the carrier. This doesn't change anything we promise in our Shipping Policy about lost or damaged packages.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
10. Reviews, Photos, and Messages You Send
If you post a review, upload a photo, or send us content, you confirm that it's yours to share and that it's honest and lawful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Site and our marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.
Please don't post content that is false, offensive, infringing, or that includes someone else's personal information.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud.
- Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to access parts of it you aren't allowed to.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or bulk-collect content or prices from the Site without our written permission.
- Buy products for resale without our written agreement.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design, belong to us or our suppliers and licensors and are protected by law. "Collins Crafty Corner" and our logo are our trademarks. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on third-party services, including Shopify for checkout and payments, and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
14. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for any warranty provided by a product's manufacturer, and except as stated in our policies, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
17. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly that way. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ottawa County, Michigan, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. You may also bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
20. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases.
